The food was great and staff were very friendly, doing their best to overcome being sent incorrect information. The sound tech was very professional and helpful, and was able to help the band efficiently.
The sound technician was sent incorrect information about the band. The tech specifications which had been sent were not sent to the sound tech. There was also a miscommunication as staff had been provided with a different table plan than I had. The sound system was different to what had been communicated to me. The sound tech mitigated issues as much as he could, but as he was given incorrect information it created unnecessary issues for him and the band. There was also a hole in the tiles which was teeming with small insects (possibly ants?)

Awesome venue, did karaoke and were able to play our own music. Had a private bar which was very handy and had really positive feedback from everyone who came. Had a great experience from start to finish through booking with Emma-Rose.
