Host rules

- A room hire fee is required to secure your booking. This is NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE.

- Any pre ordered food & drink, must be be paid for and the full balance settled 2 weeks prior to the event date.

- Minimum spends will apply to private hire functions. If a minimum spend is not met, the outstanding balance must be made up and settled before the group’s departure on the evening. We will not invoice after the event.

- Please note, we are a Cashless venue and will not accept cash payments for any deposits, pre-payments or payments on the day.

- If anyone under the age of 18 attempts to buy alcohol or is found consuming alcohol on the premises, we will have to ask them to leave the party and if it happens too often we will consider closing the bar for the sale of alcohol.

- We can not allow anyone under 18 in our Clubroom past 8pm Sun - Thu and past 5pm Fri - Sat.

- For any reservations for an 18th, 19th, 20th or 21st birthday party (with 80 guests or more for a 21st) we kindly ask for an additional fee for security for the evening. This will be invoiced separately and will not go towards your minimum spend.

Was disappointed at sound system not working fully as was using Devil cut speakers and only had half of them were working so no one was dancing at dance floor side of bar as speakers were not working that side.

The venue is an amazing vibe! I would recommend to anyone. The bar staff were friendly and efficient and we were allowed show arounds at late notice.

We had a cake we brought in ourself but the staff weren’t very resourceful or helpful with this, we didn’t have anything to light candles with so had to nip over to the shops in the middle of the party to get one and had to cut the cake to serve to guests ourself.

Venue was great, exactly what we were looking for. Enclosed, our own space, great seating/standing options and the staff were excellent - accommodating and couldn’t have been more helpful. We had a great time and would definitely recommend or consider again for future events. Comms in the run up to our event were also very good and helped a great deal so that I could make the necessary arrangements. Thank you!

Yes, high tables can be set up in either space. The Main Bar is mostly fitted with booth seating, which cannot be removed, but additional high tables can be added in front of the bar area.

No, the function space is not decorated for Christmas because it hosts a variety of events, but guests are welcome to bring their own decorations.
