A compact, styled boudoir studio presenting an intimate, domestic set with pale pink walls, a plush sofa and dark wood floor. The space benefits from soft natural daylight and controllable artificial lighting for shaped, flattering illumination.

Room features: Onsite photo and video gear enables full-frame capture and short-form motion work while a selection of backdrops and a greenscreen supports quick scene changes. A PA system provides music during sessions and full-length mirrors assist styling and posing.

• Please leave the space as you found it — remove any items you've brought and dispose of rubbish before you leave
• Props, outfits and furniture are shared resources — please treat them with care so future guests can enjoy them too
• Alcohol is BYOB and must be indicated at time of booking. Alcohol-free/prop alcohol is welcome for styling purposes without prior notice
• No open flames, candles or pyrotechnics
• Comfortable maximum of 15 people — please indicate your expected numbers at time of booking
• Dogs are welcome, but you're responsible for your dog around equipment, props and any damage cause
