About this space

Factory Theatre is a theatre in Tobacco Factory Theatres and an intimate performance space defined by a flexible stage area and close audience proximity.

Design: Theatre has tiered red upholstered seating facing a low stage and black-painted walls that create compact, focused sightlines. Theatre shows an exposed lighting grid and utilitarian finishes that direct attention to performances rather than decor.

Features: Theatre provides a PA system and stage lighting plus venue Wi-Fi and air conditioning for technical support and guest comfort. Theatre allows own music and external DJs and includes step-free guest entrance and accessible toilets for mobility support.

Ideal for: Small creative groups and performance companies seeking an intimate, audience-facing space for seated presentations or immersive performances.

What guests say: Theatre is artistically vibrant and experienced as an engaging, characterful space.
