Our Spielman Theatre is currently available for use as a black-box studio space and is perfect for rehearsals, workshops and potentially lectures.
Dimensions and capacities:
The Spielman Theatre’s dimensions are 5.5m (w) x 5.9m (d) if used with the seating out and 5.5m (w) x 10.4m (d) if used with the seating retracted.
Standard Capacity: 72
Additional banquette seating is available to increase capacity to 84.

We can currently offer hot and cold water and fridge use for all spaces, but we are unable to offer tea or coffee or any of our usual refreshments. We can offer catering from external contacts at an additional cost.

Event Hire - This rate applies to public events where we need to be staffed with Front of House Staff and a Duty Tech - From £650+VAT day rate.
Please note even for private events this rate applies.
Room Hire - This rate just includes the room, and no staff support from TFT.
Half Day between the hours of 10:00-18:00 (4hrs) - £170+VAT
Full Day between the hours of 10:00-18:00 (8hrs) - £300+VAT
Weekend full day between the hours of 10:00-18:00 - £320+VAT
For parties and other evening events we have a fully licenced bar stocked with local beer, cider, wine, bubbles, and many non-alcoholic and soft drink options. Please get in touch for quote for any pre paid drinks.
