No smoking in the building.
The Hirer must make themselves aware of the position of fire extinguishers and emergency exits.
Exits must not be blocked or restricted or fire appliances removed or tampered with in any way.
Highly flammable substances shall not be brought into or used in any part of the premises.
In the event that a fire alarm is raised, the following action must be taken: i) evacuate the area via the nearest exit. (ii) assemble in the designated assembly point identified on the information sheet
Damage to the space will result in extra charge.
No alcohol allowed after 12am unless a TENS license is purchased.
No decorations are to be fixed to any of the walls at any time – whether by pins, blue/white tack, sellotape, gaffa tape etc. – any damage caused to the Historic buildings from use of decorations will incur a charge for redecoration.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
