Our main bar which is located within workout Harbourside gym in Bristol city centre just off of king street is available for private hire, alongside our outdoor terrace, inside fits 80 covers comfortably & 100+ outside if needed.

Available for any type of event you require, if it’s possible, we will make it happen! Nothing is too much trouble.

Fantastic venue for my 40th birthday party. Jade was super helpful in the organisation,run up to the event and on the night as were the other staff. The space was perfect with a dancefloor, space for seating inside and outside under the covered outdoor space next to the water. Would highly recommend!

I had an absolutely perfect evening. The venue is incredible, both the indoor and outdoor space. The staff are wonderful, really helpful and really friendly. The communication before the event was fantastic too, super speedy responses. Not a single thing was wrong with the event. I would absolutely recommend Clubhaus Harbourside to anyone considering hosting their event here. Thank you so much for a fabulous night!

FAQ

If the playlist is on Spotify, make it public and the venue can play it through its phone. Otherwise, connect the phone, iPad or laptop to Bluetooth and leave it in range; the playlist must play through without people continually changing the music, as this will blow the system.

Yes, the venue offers a range of entertainment options, including live singers, bands, DJs and karaoke.

The venue has speakers that can be connected via Bluetooth, but they are not suitable for a DJ set-up. DJs must supply all the equipment they need for the event.

Yes, a professional decorator may be arranged, provided this is discussed and agreed with the venue in advance. Access is available for up to one hour before the event for setup and decorating; all decorations must be removed at the end, followed by a 20-minute clear-down period for guests and suppliers to vacate.
