Host rules

- Our normal happy hour promotions are not applicable when hiring the venue exclusively.

- Our dress code and door policy still apply: We operate a Challenge 25 policy. Challenge 25 is a scheme that encourages anyone who is over 18 but looks under 25 to carry an acceptable ID when they want to buy alcohol or enter licensed premises. The only 2 forms of ID we accept are a Driving License or a Passport. Admission to the venue is always at the management’s discretion. No sportswear, no tracksuits, hoodies, or baseball caps.

- Any damage to, or theft of, property at the Host Venue (including, but not limited to, music equipment, furniture, fixtures and fittings, and any other property of the Host Venue) caused during the event times on the event date is your responsibility and will be charged to you at full replacement cost.

- Prices are subject to revision at any time in the event of any increases in our costs for hosting the Event (including, but not limited to, excise duty changes).

- You shall indemnify us against all and any claims arising from the purchase of goods or services from a third party on your behalf. (including, but not limited to, external food and drink suppliers, photo booths, decorations or theming props, etc.)

- If we were unable to accommodate your event due to government restrictions, you would be offered to reschedule the booking to a new date that works for your minimum spend within 6 months of the original booking date.

-If the event turns out to be a promoted club event and/or tickets are sold without written approval from Dirty Martini in advance of the event, then we have the right to close the event before or on the day without notice or liability and deposits will not be refunded.

- If the event could negatively impact the venue or the DC BARS LTD business/brand in general due to misinformation provided by the booker, then Dirty Martini operated by DC BARS LTD reserves the right to cancel any booking or event with no liability.
