The RWA’s Youngwood room is the perfect spot to host a meeting, away day or even a creative workshop. The space is available for both day time and evening hire, and is a truly versatile space.
Flipcharts, presentation equipment and notepads and pens can be included. Tea and coffee packages are available upon request.

Located in a spectacular Grade II* listed building in the heart of Bristol, the RWA is the UK's only regional Royal Academy of Art and one of only five in total, alongside those in Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales and London. Our magnificent spaces can be hired for a range of events, including canape receptions, product launches, and photography shoots.
Please note: the types of events we can accommodate depend on the exhibitions on show on your requested date. We cannot hold multi-day events, and we cannot accommodate dancefloors.
We can host drinks receptions at any time of year, however seated dinners can only be hosted during our Annual Open Exhibitions, normally between September - December annually.
The RWA is not licensed for wedding ceremonies. We do not have catering in-house, venue hire prices reflect a 'dry hire' .
