About this space
In addition to the new lecture theatre, Priory Road complex has two smaller lecture theatres, the Banton Lecture Theatre has a capacity of 138 and there is a variety of smaller classrooms that can used as breakout rooms.
The foyer and café area is an excellent space for supporting small exhibitions and the provision of catering, offering a light informal meeting place. All lecture theatres have a computer, projection screen, overhead projector, data projector, lectern, visualiser and PA system.

No catering in the lecture theatres. Catering can be provided in the Café and Foyer areas outside the lecture theatres.

Completed in 2015 the University’s new 444 seat lecture theatre in Priory Road was the one of the first in the UK to deploy new 'Blue Roof' technology, showcasing the University's commitment to environmental improvement on all its construction projects. Situated on the University precinct it makes a practical and flexible venue for lectures, meetings
and conferences.
In addition to the new lecture theatre, Priory Road complex has two smaller lecture theatres, with capacities of 138 and 143 plus a classroom suitable for meetings of up to 66 delegates. A selection of smaller meeting rooms with a capacity of under 30 are also available and there is a foyer area ideal for small exhibitions.

Cancellations 180 days in advance from event start time will receive a full refund.
Cancellations 180 days to 90 days in advance will receive a 80% refund.
Cancellations 90 days to 30 days in advance will receive a 70% refund.
Cancellations 30 days to 14 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations for events starting within 14 days are non-refundable.
Event date of a confirmed booking can be changed to another date within 12 months from the original date, at no cost.
