Alongside our main studio floor, you'll find a conference table area, kitchen facilities, and a comfortable meeting space. Perfect for planning, client briefings, or taking a break in between takes.This open-plan studio is set up as a flexible space for photo shoots, video production, and content creation. The room gets plenty of natural light during the day, which makes it easy to work with both natural and studio lighting. It’s already equipped with professional lighting and basic studio gear, so most teams can walk in and start setting up right away.
There’s also a dedicated hair and makeup station so talent can get ready on site. The layout keeps things simple and practical, whether you’re shooting a brand campaign, recording interviews, or working on a smaller creative project with your team.

General Conduct
• Respect the studio space and all equipment
• Keep noise levels reasonable, especially in shared building areas
• No smoking anywhere in the building
• Food and drinks are permitted but must be kept away from equipment
• Clean up after your session and return the studio to its original state
Access and Security
• Only the named booker and registered attendees may access the studio
• Do not share access codes or keys with unauthorized persons
• Ensure the studio is locked when leaving, even for short breaks
• Report any security concerns immediately
