• Shoes must be removed before entering the main studio space.
• No smoking or vaping anywhere inside the building.
• No parties or excessive noise, DJs or amplified music without prior agreement.
• No alcohol or drugs.
• No confetti, glitter, candles with open flames, insence, smoke machines or decorations that may damage the space.
• Furniture and equipment may be moved if agreed in advance but must be returned to their original positions before leaving.
• Hirers are responsible for setting up and clearing away within their booked hire time.
• Please dispose of all rubbish and recycling in the bins provided or take it with you if requested.
• Children must be supervised at all times.
• Respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum when arriving, leaving and using the outdoor areas.
• Only the number of guests agreed at the time of booking may attend.
• Any damage or breakages must be reported immediately and paid for.
• The studio must be vacated promptly at the end of your booking to allow time for the next hire.
