About Fully Equipped Photo and Video Studio

This is a dream space for any photographer or Videographer! There are four rooms. The main studio shooting space. A board room or classroom that could also function as a large green room. A kitchen and hair and makeup room. And lastly an office with has been soundproofed for voice recording. The main studio and the boardroom can be rented separately or together, as need be.
All the equipment in the photos is included. All the lights are the latest Aputure lights with the BLAIR LED's. This means all lights have full colour spectrum. There is one Aputure 1200X Storm and four Aputure 700X Storms. There is a five foot Octobox, three foot Octobox, three strip boxes, two square boxes, wide and narrow reflectors, barn doors and fresnel. There is also a 4'x6' Scrimjim and a Flag set. Also there are black, white and grey 107" paper seamless and a light tent 2' squared. A tripod and other grip is also included. There is a Lav mic set available too, at no extra cost.
The lights are video lights, however, they are powerful enough for most photography. The advantages of using video lighting are numerous. What you see is what you get - no more test firing! No more misfires because the triggers didn't work. Multiple shooters at the same time. Photo and video at the same time. Behind the scenes footage has the lights on! Full colour spectrum. The finesse of seeing the light effects in live time is unparalleled.
Of course this can also be a great video studio, great for interviews, video bloggers self promotional videos or product video.
