About New York Style Studio Loft & Event Space
The space features 15' ceilings across ~1600 sq ft, with massive west facing windows facing the Toronto skyline, illuminating a large open concept space with a minimalist gallery aesthetic and custom installations.
Designer furniture and props from brands such as Molo Products, Ligne Roset and more, as well as a full kitchen and bathroom are also included with your booking.
Optional add-on furniture, equipment (Projectors, Lighting and Backdrops), and booking/event packages (dinners, etc) are also available for every session (see below).
Usable space amounts to approximately ~1300 Square feet of flexible open studio space, and about ~300 Square feet for a single private bathroom/changeroom, and kitchen areas. We have a soft 50 person capacity for select uses.

Cancellations 30 days in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations 30 days to 7 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations for events starting within 7 days are non-refundable.
Event date of a confirmed booking can be changed to another date within 1 months from the original date, at no cost.
