About 5th Space
We wish to offer Toronto's community of wellness professionals such as psychotherapists, somatic practitioners and personal trainers an on-demand space that is intimate and warm, plus conveniently outfitted with tools that they need to work with their clients.
We also believe there is a need for a quiet indoor place that everyday people can use to attend to their mental and physical wellness in private when our homes are too hectic or living spaces to cramped. Or maybe just need a place to host book club, or spread out to wrap gifts.
We offer a robust wifi signal for online therapy calls, meditation cushion and reading chair for quiet reflection, yoga mat and blocks for stretching and restoration, a desk for focused work, even a zero-gravity chair and eye mask for napping.
We're starting something new we think, and hope you agree. And if you require access outside of stated hours of operation, we are still interested to hear from you as we may be able to accommodate.
