Furnished with large modern leather couches and decot, and a beautiful tropical plant collection! We have several types and sizes of tables, many additional chairs, furniture & decor, professional photography lighting, video lighting, event space customizable mood lighting... We have it all and are the most popular rental space in Toronto for a reason! :)

**PLZ NOTE - event rentals (starting from $120/hour) are individually determined on a simple and transparently shared formula, based on their unique production details; number of hours on-site, number of attendees, food & beverage requirements, monetizations of attendance or bar sales, set-up assistance, additional furniture and decor requests, peripheral area usage such as kitchen, rooftop, etc... basically all of the things adding to the overall 'impact to the space'. ***Event rentals on popular Friday or Saturday evening dates have a 5-hour minimum***
FAQ
Cancellations 30 days in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations 30 days to 7 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations for events starting within 7 days are non-refundable.
Event date of a confirmed booking can be changed to another date within 1 months from the original date, at no cost.
