An open-plan studio with a low-to-medium ceiling and exposed beams, painted white walls and a white floor that create a neutral, contrasty backdrop. A relaxed lounge area occupies one end, leaving an open clear floor for layouts and staging.

Room features: The studio supports music production and small performances with an on-site PA system and speaker monitoring, and offers Wi‑Fi for streaming or file transfer. Storage space is available for instruments, cases and stage kit.
