Located in the heart of Dundas West, Toronto, this 800-square-foot studio is perfect for pop-ups, music events, workshops, exhibitions, and photoshoots. The space features 10-foot high ceilings and funky lighting with LED tubes in the front and back studios that can be customized to any color, enhancing the ambiance to suit your event's theme.
The front studio welcomes guests with a large window that floods the space with natural light, complemented by beautiful original hardwood floors and a full-service bar. This area is ideal for socializing and enjoying drinks. The main floor access facilitates easy loading and unloading, and the space is wheelchair accessible, ensuring convenience and inclusivity for all attendees.
As you move through the studio, you'll find an accessible bathroom and a spacious mid-lounge area perfect for networking or providing a quiet space to relax. The back studio serves as a photography studio with white walls and floors, making it a versatile area for additional event space or a dedicated photo wall. The back door can be opened to let in even more natural light, enhancing the studio's bright and airy feel. ✺ Valid for event bookings of 5+ hours
IMPORTANT NOTES:
✺ The hourly rate covers space rental only
✺ Enjoy $95/HR discounted pricing Sunday - Thursday, 9am - 12am and during the day Friday - Saturday, 9am - 6pm
✺ 8 hour bookings include the "Full Service Bar Package" with one bartender
✺ A minimum booking of 5 hours is required for events 6pm onwards
✺ 7 hour or shorter bookings can add café/bar service for $25/hr ("CAFÉ SERVICE" or "BAR SERVICE" in add-ons)
✺ For-profit events (selling alcohol/tickets) must add "BYOB - FOR PROFIT" for $50/hr
✺ Not-for-profit private events (offering free alcohol) must add "BYOB HOST" for $20/hr (or hire a bartender for $25/hr with "BYOB BARTENDER")
✺ Events over 25 guests require a second bartender ("FSB - BARTENDER" add-on for $20/hr)
✺ Your booking includes the entire space
✺ If you are choosing the full service bar package, please make sure to add on “SOP” in the add ons section (liquor permit)
✺ For all bookings please make sure to add on the $300 security deposit which is returned after inspection
✺ Please keep in mind that setup/teardown time must be within your booked timeframe

Whether you’re looking to do a pop up, music event, birthday party, workshop, exhibition, or photoshoot, the opportunities are endless in this 1000 sqft space with a full service bar, modular furniture, all white dance floor area and colourful lighting throughout the space. Our capacity for the full space is 100.

The front studio sits right on Dundas Street West, in the heart of the action of shopping, restaurants and a vibrant community. We are north facing with a large window that brings in tons of natural light into the space, accompanied with beautiful original hardwood floors and a full service bar/café for your event.
As you move along the space, you'll find an accessible bathroom and a spacious and moody mid lounge for networking or a quiet space to sit down.
The back studio is an all white room designed for a dancing room, photo wall or lounge.

✺ Do you have a kitchen? No, however we’ve had many dinner parties where chefs work in the bar area, bring in hot plates and anything necessary to make it work :)

✺ Am I allowed to hang stuff on the walls? Yes, for a patch fee of $150 or you can use wall safe adhesive for no additional charge
