About this space
Our entire wine bar at your disposal, an intimate and warm venue to comfortably fit your group. The space is a single room, with a fireplace and lounge at the front, a comfortable bar, and lots of room to mingle or set up smaller tables.
We can handle all types of events with a $44/hour venue hire fee. We offer the option of a prepaid bar, or a cash bar, with a fully refundable $250 minimum spend deposit. We offer wine and spirits by the glass, typically in the $15 range, as well as wine by the bottle at a fraction of restaurant pricing.
We can offer customised bar menus and guided wine tastings, buffet-style charcuterie, or the option to bring in outside catering for a flat $25 cleaning fee.

The atmosphere of the shop was amazing. I held a small proposal for my fiancé and a small group of friends and we all loved it. The owner is really nice and easy to work with and very accommodating. I highly recommend

Robbie and his dad were amazing hosts!! From my initial booking inquiry, Robbie was extremely helpful and made booking this venue for my birthday virtually seamless. He answered all my questions. Hosting a birthday can be stressful enough but, they ensured my vision came true.
The venue is perfect for a intimate gathering where guests can mingle. I had about 15 guests come and go, we all fit very comfortably. As for music, I was able to play my own playlist.
I had food catered from an external vendor which worked out very well. There is space to place food. I brought my own plates but, forgot serving utensils. Robbie and his dad helped me make this work.
I also brought my own cake and decorations. The cake was stored in their fridge. I was able to hang any decorations that I wanted. The hosts were very accommodating.
As for the price, it can't be beat. The cost to rent the venue is very reasonable. I bought drink tickets in advance which were used quickly so, I ended up starting a bar tab for my guests. This did add up however, it was still much cheaper than most venues who require a minimum spend.
Overall, I am beyond satisfied with how my birthday celebration went! It was chill with many drinks, food and I was able to chat with all my guests. The hosts were very warm and welcoming. They even cleaned up for us so we could hit the club after. I would recommend you host your event here, you won't be disappointed :)
I really did not dislike anything about this venue!
Things to note if you'd like to host your gathering here are:
There is no place to keep food warm (this was not an issue for us)
They serve specialty cocktails and wine so, no hard liquor / standard mixed drinks. However, Robbie is very talented and was able to make specialty shots. All the drinks were delicious!

I booked the Wine Bar at Beach Hill Wines by Archives pretty last minute, and Robbie was extremely helpful and kind throughout the entire process. He was very easy to work with, quick to respond, and happy to answer all of my questions, which made planning feel seamless and stress-free.
The wine selection alone could make this place stand out, it’s fantastic. There’s clearly a lot of thought put into the curation. On top of that, the space itself is very cute and has a small, intimate feel. If you’re looking for a cozy environment that feels personal and relaxed, I would highly recommend it. It’s perfect for gatherings where you actually want to talk and enjoy the atmosphere.
The only potential consideration is the east-end location. While I personally had no issues with it, it was easy to find and being in a quieter neighbourhood actually made things feel more relaxed, a few of my guests mentioned it was a bit far for them. That said, it didn’t impact the experience once everyone arrived, and the quieter setting was ultimately a plus for our event.
Overall, a great experience and I would absolutely book again.
