Perfect venue for birthdays, anniversaries, and special events. The space features beautiful lighting, sound system projection. Great energy, private secure.
The venue will hold up to 40 people in a classy but casual studio art setting.
Our space also works great for doing all your podcast/music videos, that can be filmed during your event or party.

Beautiful and Unique Space: The venue is visually appealing and offers a small upstairs portion and a downstairs area with a green screen. The website advertises about three different layout options for table arrangements, which initially drew me to book the space.
Welcoming Hosts: Upon arrival, Vance and his wife were welcoming and helpful, which eased some of my initial concerns. Since they were on site the entire duration, access to them for any small questions or concerns was easy!
On-Site Utilities: The space includes two microwaves, which were useful for warming food. A sink and fridge (main one upstairs and min fridge downstairs) we brought our own food (tacos) but with regards to warming up the food i suggest bring anything like cold salads or finger food/snacks!
Tech: The use of the Lights, stereos and microphone were awesome! Sound system is what really made the entire party.
Location: I liked where this studio is located. No neighbouring businesses to complain about the noise!!
Lack of Clarity on Space Usage: While the website suggested table option arrangements, Vance emphasized that his studio was not a banquet hall. This inconsistency left me feeling unsure about what to expect.
Hosts Present Throughout the Event: Vance and his wife remained on-site for the entire event and entered the space multiple times, often to clean. This was distracting for me and my guests, especially since I had already paid a cleaning fee.
Additional Fees Not Clearly Advertised: I paid an extra charge for the use of lights and access to music, but this cost was not clearly stated in the listing. It only became apparent when I called Vance to confirm booking details. Greater transparency about these fees would help future guests plan their budgets.
Early Wrap-Up: The owners began packing up 20-30 minutes before the official end time of 1 a.m., which felt rushed and cut into the final moments of the celebration. This practice should be communicated beforehand or factored into the booking timeframe.

This place was perfect for my daughter’s sweet 16 karaoke party! Everyone loved the place, and Vance was very accommodating and took care of what we needed to make the karaoke experience a fun one for all! We will definitely be back

I can't say enough good things about Vance, his lovely partner, and their venue! Clear communication start to finish, stress-free planning, and a very reasonable price. They have everything you need to have a great party (amazing sound system, projector, lighting, ambiance) and they were so warm, friendly, and helpful. Thank you so much again!
