About this space
With over 1500 square feet of creative space, our studio boasts 12-foot ceilings and large windows facing north and east, allowing ample natural light to flood in.
The ambiance of our studio combines industrial, cozy, vintage, and funky elements, creating a unique and captivating atmosphere. It may sound like an unusual blend, but you truly have to see it to appreciate it fully.
Please note that if you require sound recording, we cannot always guarantee complete silence due to other tenants in our building. Kindly reach out to us before booking if the sound recording is essential for your project.
Please note that our studio is continually evolving, and props and furniture may change periodically. If there is a specific piece you require for your project, kindly inform us in advance.

Food & Drinks are allowed. However, If you're planning to bring in alcohol, you must apply for an SOP (Special Occasion Permit).
All decor & furniture can be moved around but please be careful when moving large items. Please move items back when you're done with them.

In addition to our studio amenities, we also provide a lounge area, coworking desks, and shared kitchenette and washrooms located in the building's common area just outside the studio.
