About this space

Aeri Loft is a bright, minimalist 2700 sq ft studio in Toronto that works perfectly for photoshoots, small events, or intimate weddings. It’s split into two spaces – the Oak Room (900 sq ft) and the Ivory Room (600 sq ft) – which can be hired separately or opened up as one big space. Both rooms are all-white, with 12 ft ceilings and big windows that let in loads of natural light.

The Oak Room has a few rustic props like a wooden ladder, stools, and a full-length mirror, and can fit around 40 people. The Ivory Room has a clean, modern feel with its triple-arched wall, light beige touches, and flexible backdrop setup. There’s also a makeup and change area with pro lighting, plus a reception space to welcome your crew or guests. Simple, stylish, and super functional – Aeri Loft is an easy go-to for content shoots, events, or saying “I do” in your own way.

Host rules

There is no elevator in this building. We are located on the second floor and can only be accessed via stairs.

Washrooms are available down the hall from the unit, and are shared with other users of the building.

Food/drinks are not permitted inside the studio space. Consumption of alcohol and smoking are not permitted on the premises.

Furniture and props need to be moved back to their original place and all messes/garbage cleaned up. Do not attach anything to the walls.

The studio is not soundproof, please keep the noise level to a reasonable volume, including any use of music.

There are 24/7 security cameras installed in all common areas.

If there are damages to the walls, fixtures, furniture, floor, props, or any other studio equipment, including extension cords during your booking, you will be responsible for the full cost of repair or replacement of the item.

Unapproved overtime will result in additional charges.

We provide a creative environment for both professional and amateur photographers, with a focus on wedding and family portraits, professional headshots, and branding photoshoots.

We are also available as a small event venue for masterclasses, brand debuts, corporate parties, and other special occasions.

We take great care in providing an airy and urbane feel to our studios. Each detail is painstakingly selected to ensure your celebration will be the soirée of the year.
