Option to rent lower space for add on for reception/ note has permanent art on lower level and cannot be altered.
Use of art hanging system or small hanging art hooks to a minimum- overuse charge would be $100 repair

The upper floor can be blank canvas or used for art exhibits- a professional hanging system in place.
Pleasenote use of hanging system or small art nails/hooks. Any excessive use damage to walls $100 fee for repair.
Lower floor reception area or a quiet meet-up with friends to host a party.
