We prioritize rentals that are multiple days, weeks and months. The max rental time is 3 months at a time. We offer significant discounts for longer rentals. The longer the rental the greater the discount. We do not offer prices below one day rentals.
DAY RENTAL RATES ARE FROM 9am-10pm. All rentals that go past 10pm are charged at an hourly rate of $200. There are no half day rentals offered or reduced rates offered for rentals under one day. All rentals that go past 10pm are charged the day rental rate+overtime regardless of start time.
There is a $120 cleaning fee added to all rentals, which includes all painting and patching of walls and all garbage and recycling disposal.
$500 damage deposit is taken on all rentals which will be returned in full at the completion of rental as long as no damage or overtime is incurred.

About 2104 Dundas West
The exterior of the building is white brick, clean and modern. The interior space includes a dedicated display front window area, perfect for hanging art or displaying products. With neutral grey wood floors throughout, exposed white-washed ceiling beams, and white walls, it provides a spacious and contemporary backdrop for your event.
The gallery is very accessible via TTC. The College, Dundas, and King streetcars all intersect here. The nearest subway stop is Dundas West which is a mere 5-minute walk away. There is free street parking for most of the day (excluding rush hour times) and overnight. The neighborhood has an eclectic creative feel with cafes, restaurants, galleries, and specialty shops along Dundas and all throughout Roncesvalles.
