Store Front at La Maison
About this space
With its 900 sq. ft. store-front venue, the hybrid concept space mixes retail and café culture. Two large display windows face the lively street, allowing ample penetration of natural light and creating an inviting display area that would catch the attention of passersby. Inside, a large, rectangular space spreads itself in a clean and flexible floor plan. For displaying collections while allowing open circulation through the space are three modular hanging clothing racks.
Flowing behind, the La Maison space umbrellas its café atmosphere complementary to the boutique retail setting. The café has a minimal, modern design, housing barstool seating by a thin floating wall-mounted table. This section lends an equally warm and posh ambience where patrons can sit down briefly, mingle, or purchase eel refreshments. Melding retail with a café culture has transformed La Maison from what we usually see as a boutique into a multiuse space where fashion, community, and social interaction occur.
