Our studio offers a well-equipped and versatile space for your creative projects, featuring a range of amenities designed to ensure your comfort and productivity. Enjoy free high-speed WiFi, air conditioning, and electrical heating, along with an abundance of natural light and 10-foot high ceilings. With easy access and over 12 electrical outlets, you'll have plenty of power options for your equipment. The studio includes a completely furnished photography set, a full-length mirror, a makeup vanity with LED mirror, and a clothes rack to support your styling needs.

Additionally, the studio comes equipped with professional lighting equipment, including :

Great studio. The space was clean, and had a loft vibe to it. We were given enough time to setup and pack up. Staff was amazing as we were allowed to book additional time. Overall recommend!

This was a great space to throw a private birthday party as it was big enough to host the 24 of us but not so big that everyone kind of split off into groups, so we all hung out and whatnot. The fact that loud music was permitted overnight is what drew me to the place. MJ was super professional (but not cold) and understanding, and rightfully had her reservations about allowing my booking through. I explained and kept to my word that we wouldn’t be disrespectful to the space and were just looking to get together and have fun, and she allowed us. We really appreciate it, because everyone had an amazing time! I would definitely book again, just for the sake of taking photos too because the studio is really chic and decently equipped (though we hid away the equipment so nothing would be at risk of damage haha).
It would have been nice if there was a broom and dustpan and a mop/swiffer to ensure I could thoroughly clean the space to my liking. It would’ve also cut down on our cleanup time because we had to hand pickup/wipe stuff. But that’s minor. Also, the stairs making it inaccessible was disappointing but I was aware ahead of time. I wish I could’ve brought my childhood best friend but they’re wheelchair bound. However, that’s of no fault of MJ’s, it’s just the reality of an old space in the Annex.

I liked how cozy it was and how no one was impeding your space while you worked. You have the entire place to yourself
One complaint our photographer had was the lack of space when shooting with the white backdrop. The mirror is kinda in the way, it became a little challenge to get a full body shot, mainly for a tall model
