About this space
Wavy Parkdale is an industrial-style event venue defined by an open-plan warehouse interior and a minimalist, flexible layout.
Design: The interior has an industrial, minimal look with a black-painted ceiling, exposed rafters and a polished concrete floor. The fittings include a wood-slatted feature wall, white-painted brick and low lounge seating that keep sightlines open.
Features: The venue includes a built-in PA system and speakers, Wi‑Fi and air conditioning. The space has a large glazed roll-up frontage that provides natural light, an open polished floor suitable for dancing and two lounge seating areas. The venue allows external DJs and own music while operating under a noise restriction, and it is wheelchair accessible.
Ideal for: Social groups and creative teams will find the venue best suited to relaxed, standing receptions that require open space for mingling and dancing.

Guest under 18 not allowed unless accompanied by an adult after 8:00 pm

OVERTIME
Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation.
CLEANING / DAMAGES
Cleaning fee is included in the hourly fee, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor the setup and teardown time in your booking hours.
Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Giggster. We charge $50 for deep cleaning on upholstery if food or drink stains are left on furniture.
FURNITURE
Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs.
MISCELLANEOUS
There is no smoking allowed in the space. A $500 penalty will be charged for any signs of smoking indoors. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke. Fog and smoke machines are not permitted
