The King & Bay Private Meeting Room is an intimate boardroom on the 25th floor of Brookfield Place, positioned directly above Toronto's Financial District with unobstructed views of the city skyline. It seats up to six guests at a hand-selected black lacquer table, surrounded by gold cantilever chairs beneath a sculptural geometric pendant.

Dark hardwood floors. Warm textured walls. Signature King & Bay jackets displayed as art on the wall beside you. A presentation screen for your agenda. This is not a hotel conference room. It is a private space with a point of view.

Available as a fully curated lunch and learn or client entertainment experience from $500 per guest and $150 per host, each booking includes exclusively curated Chotto Matte bento boxes, a bespoke dress shirt consultation with a King & Bay Master Clothier, signature cocktails, and full audio-visual capabilities for two hours.

Garment upgrades are available at an additional cost.

The garment consultation is not incidental. When the piece is complete — four to six weeks later — you deliver it personally. That is a second meeting your client is genuinely looking forward to.
