The King & Bay Lounge occupies the 25th floor of Brookfield Place,above the heart of Toronto's Financial District. It is a private, intimate space — floor-to-ceiling city views, dark hardwood floors, warm textured walls, gold cantilever chairs, and a sculptural geometric pendant — designed for the kind of event your guests will speak of long after the evening ends.
This is not a hired room with catering added. It is a fully curated experience, managed entirely by the King & Bay team from the moment your guests arrive to the moment they leave.
Every event includes a premium open bar staffed by professional bartenders, a hostess and coat check, passed hors d'oeuvres, chef and server team, and full audio-visual capabilities. RSVP management is handled in full. You arrive as the host. We ensure the evening reflects that.
At the heart of every King & Bay event is a private garment consultation for each guest with one of our Master Clothiers. Each guest is individually fitted during the evening — selecting their fabric, collar, and style. Their piece is made to order and ready four to six weeks later, at which point you reconnect with each guest personally. That second meeting is the one that deepens the relationship.
Exclusive add-on experiences are available, including wine tastings with Pearl Morissette — one of Canada's most acclaimed estates and home to a two Michelin-starred restaurant — Macallan and Rémy Martin brand ambassador tastings, a seven-course Ki Japanese tasting menu, and NHL Alumni watch parties with Leafs legends.

Events are priced as fully inclusive packages from $7,000 for 20 guests — covering venue, full hospitality, staffing, and event management. Gifting packages with custom garments begin from $10,000. All pricing reflects a complete, turnkey experience with no hidden costs.

Package per person
The Signature Evening is King & Bay's complete hosted event experience — a private three-hour evening in the King & Bay Lounge, twenty-five floors above Toronto's Financial District, where every guest leaves with something made exclusively for them.
Every detail is managed by the King & Bay team. A professional hostess greets each guest on arrival. A premium open bar runs throughout the evening, staffed by expert bartenders. A chef and service team circulate with passed hors d'oeuvres. Full audio-visual capabilities are available for presentations or speaker panels. You arrive as the host. We ensure the evening reflects that.
At the heart of the experience is a private bespoke dress shirt consultation for each guest with a King & Bay Master Clothier — fabric, collar, cuff, all chosen by them. When the shirt is complete, four to six weeks later, you deliver it personally. That second meeting is the one that moves the relationship.

No Gifting — from $7,000
A fully hosted private evening for 20 guests. Includes premium open bar, professional bartenders, hostess, passed hors d'oeuvres, servers, chef, and full audio-visual capabilities. Additional guests at $350 per person. Event duration: 3 hours.
Dress Shirt Standard — from $10,000
Everything in the No Gifting package plus a bespoke dress shirt consultation for each guest, individually fitted during the event by a King & Bay Master Clothier. Additional guests at $500 per person. Event duration: 2 hours.
Dress Shirt Premium — from $15,000
The complete hospitality and gifting experience — open bar, bartenders, hostess, passed hors d'oeuvres, servers, chef, and a custom dress shirt consultation per guest. Additional guests at $750 per person. Event duration: 3 hours.
Gifting packages — from $15,000
Custom golf polos, belts, shoes, sport jackets, and seasonal outerwear options available. All gifting packages are unisex and include full hospitality service. Prices and additional guest rates vary by garment. Event duration: 3 hours.
Seasonal packages — from $18,000
Cashmere sweaters, parka and puffer jackets, and shearling jackets available in partnership with leading Canadian brands. Minimum guest counts vary by package. Event duration: 3 hours.
