Rules of the Space
• No smoking or vaping inside the building.
• No open flames unless approved in advance.
• Please respect the studio space, equipment, and furniture. Any damage to the space, furniture, or equipment may result in additional charges.
• The studio must be returned in the same condition it was received.
• Outside catering is welcome. All food, decorations, and personal items must be removed after the event.
• Decorations are allowed, but nothing may be attached to the walls, floors, or ceilings that could cause damage.
• Music and noise levels must remain respectful of neighboring units.
• Confetti, glitter, smoke machines, and substances that may stain or damage the cyclorama are not permitted unless approved in advance.
• Guests must stay within the rented studio space and common areas only.
• The host is responsible for the behavior of all guests during the booking.
Cancellation policy: Flexible with Grace Period
