Our 720 sq ft Main Studio Room is made for rehearsals, photo/video shoots, dance/yoga classes, fitness, content creation, and small gatherings. It features full-length mirrors along one wall, high ceilings, acoustic wall paneling for sound clarity, natural light, and removable professional-grade dance poles to create a wide open floor.

- No outdoor shoes on studio floors—please bring clean indoor footwear or dance barefoot/sock-footed.
- No smoking or vaping anywhere inside the premises.
- No alcohol or recreational drugs without prior written approval (events only).
- No glitter, confetti, or powder (e.g., chalk, body powder) unless explicitly approved.
- Respect booking times—setup and teardown must be completed within your reserved slot.
- Do not move or adjust equipment (e.g., sound systems, furniture, poles) unless authorized.
- No excessive noise—be mindful of volume, especially during late hours.
- Leave the space as you found it—clean up after your session or event.
- No pets (unless pre-approved for photo/video shoots).
- Maximum capacity limits must be respected as per fire safety regulations.
- Damage to studio equipment or property will result in additional charges.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
