This purpose-built music studio is set up for production, mixing, mastering, DJ work, and creative collaboration. The space is ready to use on arrival for emerging artists and experienced professionals who want a reliable, well-treated environment to work efficiently and make confident creative decisions.
The layout centres on a dedicated production desk with professional acoustic treatment, studio monitors, controlled lighting, and comfortable seating. The room was acoustically designed by Martin Pilchner of Pilchner Schoustal Inc Architectural Acoustics. Guests can connect a Mac or Windows laptop directly via a provided USB-C connection, with no complex setup required.
A standout feature of the studio is its location within a full music retail space. During their session, renters have access to a wide selection of professional audio equipment, synthesizers, DJ gear, microphones, and production tools.

All bookings must begin and end on time to respect the next session
Food and drinks are allowed as long as they are kept away from equipment

Guests must treat all studio gear with care and return any items borrowed during the session
No excessive noise in shared hallways outside the unit
Only the number of guests listed in the booking may enter the space
Pets are NOT permitted
Smoking is NOT permitted anywhere inside the building
