Design: The rooftop has a timber deck punctuated by strips of artificial turf and a low wooden perimeter fence that creates a clear, open layout. The space receives abundant natural light and presents clean, contemporary finishes.
Features: A built-in PA system and on-site speakers are provided, and hosts may play their own music or bring a DJ subject to the venue's noise restrictions. The timber deck and turf form a defined dance and activity area suitable for fitness classes, dancing or social activity.
Ideal for: Outdoor fitness instructors and small social groups will find the rooftop best suited to relaxed, activity-led sessions or standing, informal gatherings.

• No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the building. Smoking is permitted outdoors only. Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly and do not leave them on the property.
• Outside catering is welcome. Hosts are responsible for removing all food, beverages, and catering materials at the conclusion of their event.
• All events must conclude by 10:00 PM. Guests must vacate the rooftop promptly at the end of the booking period.
• Please be mindful of neighboring residents and businesses. Music and noise levels must remain at a reasonable volume throughout the event.
• The renter is responsible for leaving the space in the same condition it was found. All garbage, decorations, and personal belongings must be removed before departure.
• No confetti, glitter, fireworks, open flames, or other materials that may damage the property or create excessive cleanup.
• Decorations are permitted but may not be affixed in a manner that damages surfaces, railings, fencing, or building structures.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
