Room was good
To find out 10 minutes before the meeting started that I had to pay an extra $110 for video conferencing is unacceptable. The room was already expensive and this cost was an unpleasent surpise and excessive.

I was working outside in the general area, and the seating is very uncomfortable to be seated on for a whole day. Next visit, I will take a chair from the board meeting room to sit on.
