Yes. External beverages are not allowed for non-industry clients, but this requirement would be waived given the nature of the event and its suppliers.

Yes. If drinks are being served, food must be provided to comply with the venue's liquor licence.

Cancellations 7 days in advance will receive a full refund.

Cancellations 7 days to 24 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations for events starting within 24 hours are non-refundable.
