About Choc & Moi

Born and raised in Belgium, the chocolate country, I have always dreamt of working with chocolate.

I'm a true chocolate expert!

I have studied the art of chocolate in Brussels and have had the fortune of being trained by some of Belgian's best chocolatiers (Laurent Gerbaud, Jérôme Grimonpon, ... ).

Now settled on the Northern Beaches, I have my own chocolate business aimed at providing the best Belgian chocolate experience.
