• Any damage to venue, property, or staff will be charged at the discretion of the venue owners.
• A $1,000 damage deposit applies to Ellipsis Gallery bookings, held until post-event inspection.
• In line with NSW RSA laws, we reserve the right to refuse service to intoxicated guests and may end the event if safety is compromised

• No alcohol to be taken off premises
