RESPECT FOR THE SPACE
• All guests must treat Blank House Studio, including its space, furniture, amenities, and equipment, with care and respect.
BOOKING TIME & OVERTIME
• Your booking includes setup and pack-down time. Any additional time beyond your booking will be charged at $130/hr (excl. GST).
DAMAGE POLICY
• Any damage to the studio, cyclorama, furniture, or props may incur a repair or replacement fee, charged based on the extent of the damage.
EQUIPMENT & PROP USE
• Clients use all equipment and props at their own risk. Any damage to these items will be charged at full replacement cost (RRP).
RESTORING THE SPACE
• All furniture and equipment must be returned to its original position and condition by the end of the hire period. Failure to do so may result in an additional reset fee.
CLEANING RESPONSIBILITIES
• All rubbish must be disposed of in the outdoor bin.
• The kitchen must be left clean, with all dishes washed and put away.
• A cleaning fee may apply if the space is not left in an acceptable condition.
SECURITY & SURVEILLANCE
• BlankHouse Studio is monitored by security cameras for safety and theft prevention. Please be mindful of this when changing or creating explicit content.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
