- Pricing starts at $6,000, with the final rate depending on your event details (for a 10-hour duration)

- No smoking in the building
- Outside catering is allowed
- Please ensure space is left clean after use
- Damage and Breakage: Any damage or breakage must be reported immediately.
- Equipment Handling: Handle all equipment with care.
- Damage to Equipment: Any damage to equipment or property will be charged to the renter.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
