Market Street Garden Bar at Shelbourne Hotel

About this space

Market Street Garden Bar is a Bar in the Shelbourne Hotel, an intimate, semi-enclosed lounge area that feels tucked away from the venue's main public spaces.

Design: The room pairs a curved timber banquette and striped cushions with round wooden tables and high stools beneath globe pendant lights and timber blinds. The overall finish is warm timber and muted painted walls that keep the space informal and easygoing.

Features: The room has natural light, air conditioning and a built-in PA/speaker system, and hosts are permitted to play their own music. The layout includes bench seating and moveable high stools, and wheelchair access is provided.

Ideal for: Work teams and friend groups will find the space well suited to relaxed, social standing receptions or informal seated gatherings.

What sets it apart: A private, leafy courtyard adjoins the space, providing an outdoor extension that can be used alongside the indoor area.

What guests say: The space offers a pleasant ambience and a comfortable, uncluttered feel even at busier times.
