About this space

Balcony Water View Area 1 is an outdoor balcony at Blackbird Cafe that provides a covered terrace directly facing the water.

Design: The balcony area pairs wicker lounge seating and glass-top dining tables on a tiled terrace beneath a low fabric canopy. The palette uses neutral stone, metal balustrades and coloured cushions for a casual, contemporary appearance.

Features: The balcony area provides a mix of cushioned lounge sofas and standard dining tables on a sheltered outdoor terrace. The area receives abundant natural light, is wheelchair accessible and benefits from air conditioning in adjacent spaces.

Ideal for: Groups seeking a relaxed, social setting for seated drinks or standing receptions in a waterside outdoor space.

What sets it apart: The balcony has an installed PA system and permits hosts to bring their own DJ or play private music.

What guests say: The space benefits from consistently attentive, friendly staff. The space becomes lively and can be noisy during music nights and waterfront events.
