About this space

Hive Lounge is a Lounge in Flex by ISPT at George Place. The space serves as a relaxed, informal breakout lounge within the building.

Design: An industrial-meets-mid-century interior that pairs exposed ceiling services and track-and-pendant lighting with low leather sofas, upholstered armchairs and a large tufted ottoman arranged over dark flooring and area rugs.

Features: The lounge provides multiple seating clusters and low coffee tables suitable for informal meetings or casual mingling. The space includes Wi‑Fi and air conditioning, and own music is allowed subject to a noise restriction. The area is wheelchair accessible and is served by accessible toilets and a step-free guest entrance.

Ideal for: Small teams and social groups seeking a relaxed, conversational setting for informal seated gatherings or casual networking.

What sets it apart: Panoramic harbour views from the higher-floor aspect.

What guests say: The lounge has high ceilings and shifting indirect light that suit both focused work and relaxed catch-ups. The space produces a convivial, lively atmosphere during warmer periods.

Venue is amazing for a relaxed group vibe. Staff are incredibly helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Space was gorgeous and exactly as advertised. Couldn't recommend this place enough.
