Blue Angel is a long-established restaurant specialising in seafood-forward Italian–Asian fusion and premium Wagyu.

Design: The interior pairs low ceilings and dark wood panelling with marble-topped counters and buttoned red seating to create a compact, slightly retro dining room lit by focused downlights.

Features: Private dining rooms are available for small groups, and the proprietor provides tableside carving and gueridon cooking for live preparation.
