An open-plan studio finished with white-painted walls and a polished concrete floor, divided by regularly spaced structural columns and a flat ceiling fitted with overhead lighting. Large full-height windows along one side deliver strong daylight and reflective highlights on the floor.

Room features: On-site Wi‑Fi supports image transfers and production admin. Internal storage space and full-length mirrors assist wardrobe and styling; air conditioning maintains comfortable conditions during shoots and a step‑free guest entrance simplifies load-in.
