About this space

The Mezzanine at Pumphouse Sydney is a semi-private lounge in the venue, occupying an elevated, tucked-away level that overlooks the main dining and bar room.

Design: The room pairs original architectural details—arched wall alcoves and high ceilings—with exposed steel beams, checkerboard tiled flooring and a mix of rattan and upholstered seating softened by potted plants.

Features: The mezzanine provides flexible seating arrangements including low lounge chairs, rattan armchairs, banquette benches and dining-height tables, plus a balustraded edge and stair access. The space receives natural light.

Ideal for: Small groups seeking a relaxed, social setting that supports a mix of seated dining and informal mingling.

What sets it apart: A ceiling-mounted projector provides in-place screening for presentations or video without bringing external AV into the space.
