The studio is a rectangular practice room with white painted block walls, a timber-effect floor and a modest ceiling height. The lighting is even and artificial from overhead strip fixtures, providing consistent working light and little natural daylight.
Room features: The space provides a PA system and speakers, wall-mounted air conditioning and Wi‑Fi for music playback and remote coordination. The room also has full-length practice mirrors, a fixed barre, wheelchair access and a step-free guest entrance.
Best for: Dance rehearsals, group fitness and movement classes, choreography filming and other staged rehearsal or practice sessions.

No Smoking inside or near the front door.
No stilettos as they damage the dance floor.
Any liquid spills must be cleaned up immediately to avoid damaging the floors.
Hosts are responsible for basic cleaning up after their event and must take their rubbish with them.
Maximum amount of people is 30 (standing), 25 seated.
Any damage to the interior (including but not exclusive of mirrors, ballet barres and flooring) will be billed to the host.
The host is responsible to ensure their guests behave courteously and respectfully to any neighbouring businesses or the public that may be outside the premises.
