Host rules
• Entry: All ages welcome. Guests under 18 are not permitted after 9:00 pm. Photo ID may be required. Management reserves the right to refuse entry or service.
• Alcohol: Fully licensed venue. Alcohol is served to guests aged 18+ only. Service may be refused to intoxicated patrons.
• Dress Code: Smart casual. Offensive clothing is not permitted.
• Food & Drinks: Outside food and beverages are not allowed, except celebration cakes. All catering must be arranged through Club 9.
• Care of the Venue: The booking organiser is responsible for their group. Any damage to the venue, furniture or equipment will be charged at repair/replacement cost, plus any additional cleaning required.
• Bookings: A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due 3 days before the event. Final guest numbers must be confirmed 48 hours prior.
• Cancellations: Deposits are fully refundable if cancelled more than 14 days in advance. Cancellations 7–14 days before the event forfeit 50% of the deposit. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable. Date changes are subject to availability.
• Event Duration: Packages are valid for the booked hire period. Additional time is subject to availability and extra charges.
• Safety & Personal Belongings: CCTV operates throughout the venue. Club 9 is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal belongings.
