About this space
It holds over 300 guests and centres around a wide 10-metre stage, with a full LED backdrop and two circular side screens that give the whole space a more immersive feel.
The technical side is already in place, so you’re not starting from scratch. There’s a full sound system, microphones, and a live music setup with drums, keys, and an MD desk ready to go. If you need support, you can also bring in in-house crew like audio engineers, lighting operators, and LED techs to run things smoothly.

🚫 No Alcohol Policy
Alcohol is strictly prohibited on the premises
No consumption, sale, or BYO alcohol permitted
Any breach may result in immediate termination of the event without refund

No smoking or vaping inside the venue
Designated outdoor areas must be used (if applicable)
All audio, LED screens, instruments, and production equipment are to be operated by approved personnel or venue staff only, and must not be tampered with without permission. Sound levels must remain within acceptable limits, with the venue reserving the right to adjust if required. Any changes to seating or layout must be approved in advance and returned to original setup after use. The venue must be left in a clean and respectful condition, with additional cleaning fees applied for excessive mess, and no confetti or difficult materials permitted. External catering is allowed with prior approval, and all rubbish must be properly disposed of. Booking times include setup and pack-down, with overtime charged accordingly. Maximum capacity must not be exceeded and all safety exits must remain clear. A security bond is required, and any damage to equipment or property will be charged. All guests are expected to behave respectfully, with the venue reserving the right to remove individuals or terminate the event if necessary.
