Bookings must be made with a minimum of Seven (7) Days' notice prior to your Event.
No smoking or vaping is permitted within the venue.
Conditions of entry apply. Children aged 14 years and under must be supervised by a parent or a guardian who is 16 years or older.
Events should be conducted in an orderly manner respecting the quiet enjoyment that nearby residents expect in their immediate environment.
Live bands with loud amplified music are not permitted.
Our venue is not licenced, for events serving alcohol, hirers must hold a caterer's RSA licence or a temporary function licence.
Beverages are to be supplied and consumed from non-glass containers.
For certain events EPS Security must be engaged by the hirers to provide a static guard service, based on the event and relevant local activities at the time.
The Baths is to be left in a clean and tidy condition.
The hirer will be charged for any cleaning or maintenance which arises as a result of their booking.
