No smoking anywhere inside the building or near entrances; guests must use designated outdoor smoking areas (if any).
Any damage to furniture, fixtures, equipment or décor will be charged to the event organiser at repair or replacement cost.
All decorations must be pre‑approved; no nails, screws, tape or anything that may damage walls, ceilings or furniture.Confetti, glitter, rice, powder or open flames (excluding approved candles on cakes) are not allowed.
External caterers or food are only permitted with prior written approval; otherwise all food must be supplied by the venue.
The organiser is responsible for the behaviour of all guests, including noise levels and respectful conduct towards staff and neighbours.
Music and noise must be kept to a reasonable level; the venue may lower volume if it disturbs other patrons or neighbours.
Children must be supervised at all times and are not allowed to run in service areas or the kitchen.
The venue reserves the right to refuse service or ask any guest to leave if they are intoxicated, disruptive or breaching venue rules.
Booking times must be strictly observed; extra charges may apply for early access or late pack‑down beyond the agreed hire period.
All personal items and decorations must be removed by the end of the booking; the venue is not responsible for lost or left‑behind items.
A cleaning fee may be charged if the space is left in an excessively dirty condition (spillages, food on floors, confetti, etc.).Any required licenses and permits (for entertainment, photography, etc.) are the responsibility of the organiser, if applicable.
